Very quiet, very hospitable environment and a great location. Close to kite beach.

Easy self service check in and great facilities. The villa is absolutely stunning. It has everything one could ever imagine one might need. Every corner is decorated tastefully with a cosy touch. The neighborhood is absolutely quiet, gorgeous and very safe. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The host Fatma was super helpful and accommodating. We have a welcome box with many different foods and beverages. Stayed here during the Christmas and New Year and was warmly greeted on both holidays. Would absolutely recommend it. And if I come back to Dubai again this will be my place to stay. Fatma, thanks again for all. As you promised you made our stay amazing

Coming to such a villa among its high floors gave extreme comfort. We were so cramped that we needed ground floor accommodation. This place is great. The house, its design, its bathroom are incredible, definitely go and see it.

The location was great and near Kite beach. Its a big room with washroom inside a compound. No issue of parking. Calam suite with swimming pool. Cooperative staff. The room/Washroom was big and clean. Recommended this property if you like a seperate portion to enjoy your vacation.

1. Маленькая собственная вилла 2. Стильный дизайн, все очень эстетично. 3. Большой район вилл, вдалеке от небоскребов. До моря можно дойти пешком за 30-40 минут. Везде есть тротуары, с коляской удобно. 5 минут от дома большой супермаркет и кафе. 4. В номере удобно, нет острых углов, безопасно для маленького ребенка. В качестве спального места для ребенка дали матрас. 5. Связь с хозяйкой по вотсапп. Быстро реагировала на все просьбы. Горничные доброжелательные и тактичные. 6. Уборка по запросу. 7. Есть гриль.

The Property is beautiful. And the service is amazing. The owner of the property personally made sure that everything was in order. I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful place. I would highly recommend the place to stay if you are visiting Dubai.
