Located in the beautiful gated community of Al Hamra Village. This luxury 1 Bedroom airconditioned apartment has everything you need. Breath in the unobstucted seaviews and fresh air from your private balcony. The balcony offers gorgeous sea views and wraps around both the living room and bedroom with access from both rooms. It offers outdoor seating so you can enjoy the sunset without leaving the apartment. The space This newly renovated apartment offers king size bed with a double sofa bed in the living room, free hi speed wifi, smart TV, Full bathroom with bath and shower, toiletries provided, hairdryer, towels and laundry area with washing machine. Kitchen is fully fitted with a microwave, cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and fridge/ Freezer. There is strickly no smoking within the apartment. The apartment block offers temperature-controlled pool, excellent gym amenities, kids play area and 24/7 Zoom Supermarket with a choice of more swimming pools, beaches, play areas, restaurants, the sailing club, five-star hotels, shopping mall and 18 hole Championship golf course all within the community. The entrance lobby of the building has a secutity officer 24/7, and the community is secured with security at each entrance. The building has 4 elevators and wheelchair access.

Our family just loves where we live so much, that we have invested in our community with our very first UAE property and Airbnb. Al Hamra Village has so much to offer and and we know you will just love your time here. other things to note: 500m is the Yacht club, beach and restaurant 1km is the Al Hamra Waterfront situated on the Pier, filled with resturants, coffee shops and bars. 5min by taxi is Al Hamra Mall ( supermarket, coffee shops, alcohol shop, medical clinic, pharmacy & food court) 2km is the Al Hamra Cellar ( Bottle shop) 3.5km is Al Hamra Golf Club, Miason Mathis Restaurant and The Bay- Bar & Dinning. 3.7km is The Belgian Bear Cafe - Bar and Dining By taxi Dubai Airport - Al Hamra = 50 min 25min to Dreamland Water Park
