Located 50 m from the sandy beach in Durrës, the apartment is within a gated residential complex; 10 km from city-center (Ancient Amphitheater & Harbor); 25 km from the Airport; 40 km from Tirana. This 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment offers: AC, 1 satellite TV, WiFi, kitchen, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 couches, window blinds, inside table & chairs for 4 and a wonderful private garden with BBQ grill :) Perfect accommodation for a family of 4 looking to relax at the beach. This 90 sq m apartment is in the first floor of a 3-story condominium within a gated residential complex called Eurocol and is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the living room & kitchen with all the facilities of a home. There's also a balcony facing South-West. On the other side of the building, facing North-East, you'll find 80 sq m of private Garden with trees, flowers and green vegetation which makes you feel and breathe the fresh air. It is furnished with tables & chairs for 8 people. If you like BBQ there is also a gas grill with volcanic stones. You can access the garden from within the apartment as well as from an outside private entrance; next to your dedicate
I was born in Tirana, studied in the US, and have been working and living in Tirana for over a decade now. I'm a proud father of 2 princesses :) I'm glad to being your host in this summer apartment in Golem. You will be assisted on all matters about your vacations and more. I truly hope you get to enjoy the neighborhood and the beach.
The apartment complex is in a quiet neighborhood next to a park of pine trees, a pedestrian promenade and the sandy beach. Since it's a gated community, families with kids can take full advantage of the public areas of the complex and play around on the streets that are full of trees, flowers, plants, and green vegetation. In the public Beach you can put up a beach umbrella we provide free of charge or you can use the sunbeds of a private establishments. In the evening you can stroll on the promenade full of lights and perhaps get an ice-cream. Within 200 m of the apartment there are coffee shops, beach bars, pizzerias and several restaurants offering Mediterranean seafood at reasonable prices. The mini-market is even closer. During the summer period you can also find farmers selling their locally grown fruits and vegetables. So just park your car and enjoy everything on foot. The only time you would need to drive is to get to the pharmacy, which is 3 km away.
