Set at the famous and amazing Dhermi beach and more precisely at the beginning of the new Dhermi " Pedonale" the apartment is really nice & cozy and just 30 metres from the beach. This brand new holiday home set at the 1st floor of the building, features one living room with a sofa ( that can be converted in a bed for 2 people ) and a fully equiped kitchen ,a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with toilettes and shower and last but not least a really pleasant terrace where you can spend time relaxing or enjoying your meals. Both Living room and bedroom have air conditioning.

The area nearby is equipped with a lot of restaurants and beach bars and the coastline has really amazing beaches. Private parking and markets are available just 20-30 metres from the apartment. For everyone who wants to explore other places and beaches nearby I would reccomend : Drymades Beach ( 10 minutes by car ) Palasa beach ( 20 minutes drive by car ) Jal Beach ( 30 min by car ) Two of the most famous nightclubs in South Albania are respectively : Havana ( 15-20 ) min walking distance from the apartment) and Sanur ( 25 min walking distance from the apartment or 5 minutes by car )
