The new house is built in the Art Nouveau style by the highest class in 2022! It is fenced off from extraneous views. This is a private paradise. The building decorated of natural stones outside. The rooms are separated and furnished. You will have high quality beds and matrasses, refrigerator, wordrobe and chairs and a table. In the evening light, sitting on the terrace or on the balcony, enjoy the wine, the coolness and the view of the ARARAT valley. Relax, you have three places of rest: a gazebo made of natural wood, a terrace by the pool, and a balcony with a view of ARARAT. There is the whole territory like on your palm. Also you will have homoks on the roof-terrace. The garden is well maintained. There are fruits, vegetables and greens - treat yourself! Flowers will please you with variety.
We are Kostanyan family, Inna and Armen. We have son and doughter. We are for a healthy lifestyle. We are glad to meet you at our place. Here you will get everything at the highest level. We created for you a cosiness, conveniences and the highest class of accompanying services. I am Inna, I will help you to choose entertainment programs and meals menu during of your stay in Yerevan.
