It is located in a very quiet area, just 40 meters from Ballofet Avenue, the main access to most of the tourist places in the area (Valle Grande, Nihuil and Las Leñas) and where you will find a variety of shops with everything you need to your stay In addition, only 15 min walking is Hipólito Yrigoyen Avenue, the main artery of the city with a great diversity of shops, restaurants and bars.
