La Morada is a country-style house, recently built and fully equipped for 6 people; ample rooms, with 105m2 and a beautiful gallery of 40m2 plus a space for hanging clothes. High ceilings and wide adobe walls guarantee freshness in the summer and warmth in the winter. It is located on its own 5,000m2 of land with total privacy and surrounded by native trees and bushes. A comfortable, careful and unforgettable experience among the native mountains. - Individual grill - Solar hot water and gas heating - Gas based heating and hot/cold air conditioning in each bedroom - Spacious bedrooms, with wooden floors, very large closets and a beautiful view to the outside. - The master bedroom, with a king-size box spring and en-suite (attached) bathroom - Common room with fan and wood stove - Own ping-pong table, books and board games - Pool at 200m (circular 20m in diameter and 1.50m deep, shared with other properties) - Internet access and Wi-Fi (3 Mbps)
We have built this beautiful country house with the intention of sharing the unique experience of the native mountains of Córdoba with other people. All details are taken care of for the highest quality to ensure a comfortable and unforgettable experience among the native mountains. We ensure total privacy in La Morada and with an administrator in charge in San Javier to help where necessary.
Comarca La Matilde is a closed neighborhood of 150 acres, with security at the gate. It is accessed through Route 14, and La Morada is 200 m from the entrance. Guests will have exclusive access to our house. On 150 acres at the foot of Cerro Champaquí, a few minutes from San Javier, a town with a rich and varied cultural heritage of the Province of Córdoba, and in an area of ​​great personality and beauty characterized by the blessing of the microclimate; Between vineyards, olive groves and landscapes is Comarca La Matilde, an undertaking that establishes new quality standards, and guarantees its residents and guests a new way of living.
