The front desk staff was outstandingly helpful. They gave us a valuable advice for a short first-day hike (in the rain and fog), helped us with our next reservation, and in general were extremely nice and friendly. We came back after a challenging hike in the mountain to our spacious, warm and comfortable room, it was great.

Views of the Patagonian scenery can be enjoyed right in Los Glaciares National Park were the hotel is located. It offers a charming common living room with a multilingual library and free WiFi. The Hotel is 30 metres from El Chalten’s main avenue. It features Alpine-style décor and rooms are equipped with heating and private bathrooms. Guests can wake up to a full buffet breakfast with regional jams and homemade pastries and enjoy local and international flavours at the restaurant. Packed lunches for day trips are available. Private parking is free.

加拿大“Well located in El Chalten! Staff speak well english and provided insightful recommendations on restaurants and trails. Good shower and breakfast was also decent. Breakfast started at 6:30am which was perfect for early hiking”
