Magnificent apartment of 40m2 newly remodeled. Broad, modern and bright kitchen, with all the necessary equipment. Vast living room with Smart TV, sofa-bed and modern decor which will make your stay extremely pleasant. Bedroom with a comfortable double bed, placard and a chest of drawers. Fully equipped bathroom. Parking garage in the same building, without extra charge.
We've had the opportunity to travel around the world and get to know wonderful places. We value comfort and hospitality in the places we choose to stay as the proximity to distinctive buildings of each place and that's what we wanted to capture with in our apartment. For this reason it will be a great pleasure to have our apartment so you can feel at home. We love Mendoza and we believe it's a place that's worth visiting. We wish you are able explore its streets, along with its small channels (called "acequias") and breathtaking mountain views, and discover how the best wines in Mendoza are made . Welcome to Benegas Apartment, welcome to the land of the Sun and good wine!
The key to this comfortable property is its location: in an emblematic corner of fifth section, a residential area by definition, it's located among streets of gorgeous groves and Mendoza's signature cobblestone canals. It has beautiful surrendering areas and is 2 minutes from Aristides Villanueva, benchmark of Mendoza's nightlife, and from Emilio Civit, on of the city's main roads that ends in the majestic gates of General San Martín Park; and 1 minute from the lovely urban trolley stop, which will take you to the the most remote yet beautiful areas of the Mendoza. Very close to the bike station with which you can tour the city for its numerous trails. In a few minutes walk, you will find the pedestrian street, with its many events and places where you can buy souvenirs and enjoy the unique flavors of the local cuisine.
