Die Absteige offers a lot more than its name suggests. Here you live within walking distance between the old town and the mountains, both are only a stone’s throw away. The cozy holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for fun in nature and sightseeing! If you are tired, the public bus line J stops right in front of the front door and takes you from the Nordkette via the city center to Patscherkofel and back. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and enough space for eating together, playing games, reading and even working if you have to. The WIFI here is fast and free and the flat screen TVs within the single room and every apartment can also access it. There is a separate storage room for sports equipment. 2 bakers, 2 banks and a grocery store are only a few meters away. Riedz Apartments is our partnering apartment house and is situated only a few meters away from the Absteige. Lots of great things can be found there, which you can use when you live at the Absteige. A large garden, washing machine and dryer, table football and table tennis. There is even an e-filling station for your elecrtic car.
Hello, we are Sabine and Martin. We are behind the two small apartment houses Riedz & Absteige and have designed and built them together with love and care so that you can spend your vacation there today. The Absteige has been around for many years (born in 1895!), and with age there come wrinkles and scratches on the facade. From the inside, however, the Absteige is beautiful, colorful and lively. In its very own, peculiar style. Inner beauty is the most beautiful of all, and step by step it will manifest itself on the outside. We take care of that, when we have the time and leisure. With a lot of love and a lot of color. It will be exciting to see what the next few years will bring. We believe that the Absteige has many great things in store!
Very close to the house you can find a tobacco shop, a bakery, a pastry shop and a supermarket as well as two banks, where you can meet your needs quickly and without a car. Take enough time to explore Innsbruck with its mountains, it will be worthwhile! For a start we can highly recommend the Innsbruck-Card, which allows you free access to museums, public transportation, a sightseeing bus as well as popular sights, the cable car and much more ... all of that available for a relatively small fee. You can find a city map and more information about activities through the links on this website or in the numerous brochures that are waiting for you in the hallway. Have fun!
