The 10th district of Vienna is located south of the central districts. The name comes from Favorita, a semi-baroque palace complex that once served as a hunting castle but today is the Theresianum a Gymnasium. Favoriten is a heavily populated urban area with many residential buildings, but also large recreational areas and parks. In our area you can find restaurants, shops, museums, the main train station. This district is also very well connected to the others districts of the city and also very close to the the airport. (20 min by train) Busses, Tram and Metro just 4-5 min walking from the apartment.
