I forgot what a perfect 10 apartment looked like! Brand new, luxurious, immaculately clean. Secure in the centre, has a parking spot. I cannot stress enough the importance of good coffee in the morning, plenty of capsules, welcome fruits and snacks. Also communication was right on spot. Thank you!

Great host, very responsive and friendly. Check in was easy, apartment is nice and cosy. A big plus, especially for the children, were the welcome chocolates and snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you need like salt, pepper, lots of other herbs, coffee capsules for the coffee machine, tea, pasta...things that make your holiday easier. The apartment is clean and well furnished, you can feel that the owner has thought of all the little things that come in handy when you are on holiday. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The thermal baths are a 10-15 minute walk away and the centre of Villach is about 2 km away. There is a large supermarket nearby. One of the best apartments we have stayed in.

The apartment is spacious, clean, looks brand new. It has everything you need for a family to enjoy skiing holidays in the Kaernten Region. It also has its own parking spot, which is very convenient. The landlord is a very nice and helpful person. Totally recommend it!

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. Beautiful nature in the surroundings, secured parking, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, even with the most essential food and hygiene necessities. Bathroom too. We also had sweets, snacks, and a welcome drink. We had 2 TVs, good heating, a nice view from the loggia, and new furniture in the apartment. All praise and warm recommendations! We will be back again!
