Here, in the fourth district of Vienna, a 52 m2 large apartment is waiting for you . The very charming decorated apartment, which is situated on the third floor of a Wilhelminian style building, includes a 24 m2 large living/bedroom, in which up to three people can sleep. The room, equipped with parquet floor, double doors and two large windows, is furnished with a full-size bed (160 x 200), dining area, closet and a cozy sitting area. The sofa folds out to another bed mattress. A flat-screen TV (26 inches) with integrated DVD player belongs, as well as bedding, extra pillows and table linens, as standard. In the cozy kitchen with a dining table you will find a fridge, electric stove with oven, water boiler, coffee machine, microwave, table linen, a basic set of glasses, dinnerware and cooking utensils as well as a kitchen radio with CD player. The apartment also has a spacious hallway with a small library, as well as a tiled bathroom with shower. Large bath towels are also provided in addition to shampoo and shower gel. A separate basin, hand soap, hand towels, washcloths and hairdryer for your morning toilet is due state of repair of the old building in the kitchen.

The infrastructure is wonderfully for Viennese conditions. Only about a minute walk away you will find the subway station U1 (Südtiroler Platz / Hauptbahnhof), which brings you in three to five minutes directly in the first district at St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Opera, the famous Kärntner Straße, the Naschmarkt or the Ring with its magnificent sandstone buildings. At the underground station “Karlsplatz” or “Stephansplatz” you can change to the other subway lines (U2 , U3, U4), which bring you easily and quickly to Schönbrunn, the Town Hall and the Burgtheater, but also to the Vienna International Centre or the Donau City at Kaisermühlen (U1). The Vienna Prater with its amusement park and the Riesenrad as well as the Old Danube and Danube island for walking, boating and a place in the sun is reachable within eight to 12 minutes with the U1. Also in just a minute walk distance from the apartment you can find the bus line 13A which will bring you directly to one of the main shopping streets of the city, the Mariahilfer Straße. Other lines, the high-speed rail, local buses out of the City are located at the central station, only in five minutes walking distance from the apartment.
