This unique property is located in the main Heart of Linz city, its 15 minutes walk or 7 minutes ride with the Tram from the Linz Hauptbahnhof. It circles you by very iconic and adventurous sights of the city main square, from your favourite Restaurants, Shopping malls, to the Arc Electronica Center, and Famous Lentos museum.
