The stylish renovated and fully furnished apartment is ideal for couples, families with 2 children – child and infant – or 3 adults. It consists of an entrance with integrated kitchen and bathroom with toilette as well as a living room. Here you can find a cozy double bed and a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.
For more than 20 years during my studies and work for the University of Music and Performing Arts I used to live in Vienna. Today I am working for a European organisation in Brussels and I am travelling a lot. Vienna is still one of my favorite cities and never ceases to amaze me. Besides that there are many good friends here. That's why I felt the urge to create a basis as well in Vienna.
The flat is situated in the exciting district Ottakring between the brewery Ottakringer and the sweets manufactory Manner. Within walking distance there are the green market Brunnenmarkt and the cafe and restaurant area Yppenplatz. By car or tram you can reach the Wilhelminenberg, a typical Viennese wine and green suburb area. Where to eat? - Restaurant National at the Familienplatz is a perfect combination of traditional Viennese and Balkan kitchen - Café Ritter in the Ottakringer Straße is a jewel of the Viennese „Kaffeehauskultur“ (coffee culture). A short while ago the old café was renovated very nicely and offers excellent breakfast. - Plachuttas Grünspan offers Vienna`s best Tafelspitz and has a lovely pub garden with chestnuts. - Wetter at Yppenplatz is a small modern restaurant with a daily changing Italian menu. Where to shop? - supermarket Billa, just around the corner in Wattgasse - butcher Radatz Markt in Ottakringer Straße - bakery Felber Bäckerei, Wattgasse/corner Ottakringer Straße - green market: Brunnenmarkt - Manner chocolate manufacturer shop in Wilhelminenstraße 6 Don`t miss: Wilhelminenberg (bus 44E und 46A) with Villa Aurora
