Außerhalb der Ortschaft, einzeln gelegenes Häuschen neben dem Schafstall. Aus den Zimmern blickt man in jeder Richtung durch große Glasfronten durchs Tal oder zu den Bergen - in der Wohnküche vom Sofa aus sogar durch bodentiefe Glasfronten. Sehr geschmackvoll und zurückhaltend eingerichtete Räume. Dass der Hausherr Tischlermeister ist, erkennt man an wunderschönen Eichen-Dielenböden und stilvollen Möbeln. Sehr gute Betten, bequeme Decken und Kissen, viele zusätzliche Kuscheldecken und Handtücher - wie das Geschirr in einer zurückhaltenden aber qualitätvollen Gestalt. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt (nicht allzu viel Platz), aber sogar ein Eisfach im Kühlschrank - und wie das ganze Interieur haben wir alles in nagelneuem Zustand vorgefunden. Zuverlässiger Internetanschluss erfreute bei schlechtem Wetter. Die Talstationen erreicht man mit dem Auto in 4 und die andere in 10 min. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und offen.

Property information

Our house, which we have totally renovated inside, is located in Aschau near Kirchberg, with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The appartment is close to the 'Aschau Kneipanlage' and the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking. Our property includes a small farm where we breed a breed of sheep that is threatened with extinction. With us you can relax in a completely quiet environment. The house is close to a bus stop, from where you can reach the Ki-West cable car and the Pengelstein cable car in no time, which will take you to the Kitzbühel skiing area.
