This is a beautiful old house, with a large garden including a bbq and seating area, situated in the village of Laas close to Kötschach mauthen with all the amenities, including restaurants, supermarkets, banks and post office. The property has three apartments two of which are our homes. the rental property is 95 square metres in size and situated on the ground floor with it's own entrance and space for two cars to park.

We are sisters originally from the UK who have chosen to live in Carinthia. Katie was a special needs teaching assistant and I originally worked in the banking industry.

Here in Laas there are a variety of outdoor activities, mountain biking, hiking, as well as a via Ferata, many places of interest for families, including the wellness centre with its many outdoor pools and restaurant
