The chef creates refined dishes based, among other regional ingredients, on fresh fish from the Neusiedlersee lake, on meat from home-grown lambs and on the neighbour's chicken. Gut Purbach is reachable from Vienna Airport within a 40-minute drive. Burgenland's capital city Eisenstadt with the Baroque Esterhazy Palace is a 15-minute drive away. The Parndorf Outlet Centre and St. Martins Thermal Spa can also be reached in 15 minutes.
