Location and privacy are the biggest values. Place is located 25m from ski rout 40. Short "climbing" in the morning and sliding to the sauna doors in the aftenoon:) - kids enjoyed it. For the money we paid we could probably stay in fancy hotel with spa and restaurant included but this house was just better for us...
