What is t to like. - The location of this property was incredible. A couple minutes walk uphill from Köhlmais gondola. Couldn’t have been a better location. And we booked with Fürstauer kids ski school, and the meeting/collection point from day 2 was at Köhlmais lift. So convenient with little ones. - The owner was present when we were there, and they were so welcoming and friendly, and didn’t mind answering our questions. - the boots were warm in morning after being on heated sticks. And your stuff is secured away in your own locker. - was able to link our phones and laptop to TV in living room with our HDMI cable

Please note that the prepayment will be charged from the credit card directly after booking, the rest of the price within cancellation policy. Please note that two days before arrival a security deposit in the amount of EUR 75, per person and stay will be charged on the credit card provided. In case of damage the credit card will be charged in the amount of the damage sum. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned to the same credit card within 7 days after departure. The credit card must be valid, otherwise a check-in is not possible. A security deposit in cash is also not possible.
