Extremely nice owners, very forthcoming and helpful!! It's located on farm with animals - thus nice if you have small kids. Nice facility for ski storage. Nicely newly renovated with taste. Very clean and maintained. There is a ski bus located few steps from farm.

The Martlerhof is located in Aschau in the Ziller Valley, a 5-minute drive from the Hochzillertal and Zilltertal Arena Ski Areas. The property offers fresh eggs and milk from its own farm. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find a climbing area, lake, indoor pool and children’s playground at Camping Aufenfeld, and the local train station. A 15-minute drive will take you to outdoor pools in Stumm and Zell am Ziller, and to the thermal baths in Fügen.
