Property is beautifull and cosy outside and inside. Parking is for free. The room is simple but extremly clean. The owner is great, talkactive and honest person. Food is G-R-E-A-T! Location is the best. In 30min you can get to Ski Circus, Zell am See, Kaprun, Kitsbuhel, Gerlos Alpenstrasse, Glossglockner Strasse(closed winter season). The village is very nice and cosy. The stuff is very nice. In Koch Pension I spent great, great, great time!!

The half-board meal is served in the evening. There is also a wide selection of wines, mainly from Austria. Special and light diets, as well as dishes for allergy sufferers, are available on request. Facilities include a new spa area with bio sauna, herbal steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation room with a “starry sky” and pleasant music, as well as a playroom for children. The large garden features a sunbathing lawn, a playground, and a herbal garden for the kitchen. Uttendorf's popular swimming lake is only a 5-minute walk away. You can enjoy swimming, football, tennis, beach volleyball, and much more in summer, and there are many facilities for children as well. In winter the lake is ideal for ice skating. Pension Koch provides many suggestions for mountain tours and hikes in the surrounding area. The beautiful winter landscape invites you to enjoy extensive walks, romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides, and evenings in a mountain hut followed by a toboggan run.
