the location is great (less than 10min driving distance to Kaprun ski resort and to the Areitexpress cabines which are one of the entry points to the Zell am see ski resort). The view is amazing and the apartment is very functional for two families. parking space is also available in front of the building.

This luxurious apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located in the quiet village of Piesendorf in Salzburgerland, in the middle of the Zell am See - Kaprun ski region and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The apartment offers a large living room with a seating area, a modern open and fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 3 spacious bedrooms (one with an extra stackable bed), 2 luxurious bathrooms, 2 balconies and a terrace. The apartment also has a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer, a washing machine and 2 parking spaces. The Zell am See - Kaprun ski region at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn offers 3 different ski areas and a picturesque lake. Skiing directly above Lake Zell surrounded by fantastic mountain scenery is part of everyday life on a ski holiday here. With the Ski ALPIN CARD, Piesendorf offers access to 3 premium ski regions with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. Piesendorf also offers a direct access to the piste of the Nagelköpfl adventure mountain. In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf, the Niedernsill natural swimming lake with its spacious lawns and 16,000 m2 of water areas, the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or the lido at Lake Zell in Zell am See offer lots of bathing fun. A tip for the whole year is the Tauern Spa in Kaprun with 12 different pools and several wellness and spa areas.
