Welcome to our cosy home in Ottakring! Enjoy this newly renovated and well-equipped flat with balcony just 12 min by public transport from the city centre. Only 5 min away is a park garage (Garage Klausgasse) for just 4 euro/day. Ideal for couples, families and professional travellers. Equipped with coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer. In case you have any queries, we are happy to help you, as we are living in the same building! The 40 m² apartment with balcony is located in a newly renovated house built in 1857 in the hip district of Ottakring. It consists of: - an entrance hall - a living room with integrated kitchen, a pull-out-sofa bed, and a smart TV (Netflix, etc.) - a quiet bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed - a small balcony accessible from the bedroom - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet - washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and kettle
The apartment is located in Vienna’s 16th district just 12 min by tram 46, station Feßtgasse from the city centre away (Volkstheater/Ring). PARKING: Garage Klausgasse, Klausgasse opposite house no. 18, 1160 Vienna (around 4 euro/day) GROCERIES: supermarket SPAR, Thaliastraße 43, 1160 Vienna CAFÉS & RESTAURANTS: - Turkish bakery: AnThalia Restaurant & Konditorei, Thaliastraße 67 - Viennese coffee shop: Café Ritter, Ottakringer Straße 117 - Yppenplatz is also close by (10-min walk), where you will find several cool bars and restaurants.
