Your apartment was very wonderful and lovely. We had been stayed seven days and felt being Cosy and it's enough to make cousins and have. It was very convient to take public translation and go to traditional market. You were very kind to explain how to use your apartment. If I come to Wien again, I will come again your apartment . HIGH SECURITY LEVELS: In times of the current pandemy I undertake every messures to protect my guests as much as possible. After every check-out the appartement is cleaned and desinfected completely by myself. All necessary products for further usage by my clients are available at any time in the appartement. FIRST-CLASS CITYAPARTEMENT: The sophisticated 2-Bedroom city apartment (56 sqm) is located in a typical Viennese apartment building (“Wiener Zinshaus”) which was completely renovated and restored in 2017/2018. In November 2018 the renovated apartment could be lived in for the first time (!) again, therefore all equipment and furniture is brand-new. The elegant and contemporary design of the apartment meets high quality requirements and modern living standards

TOP LOCATION: In the midst of the up-and-coming 16th district, the Brunnenviertel, Vienna's most colorful district, scores points for its prime location and perfect public transport connections to the nearby city center. Excellent infrastructure and a variety of bars and restaurants can be found in the area around the popular street market. Entertainment and a large selection of shops are also available in Lugner City, just a few minutes' walk away.
