Spacious and comfortable three-bedroom, pet friendly home close to the water. The third bedroom is extra-large with wardrobe and doorway dividing it in half. Large open plan living area, huge kitchen with dishwasher and all timber floors. Has large covered entertaining deck out front where you can see the bay views. Only 30 metres from the Bay, and in walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bowling club. Has BBQ, DVD and a dryer. Outside fish/scaling sink for the fishermen and an outdoor shower. Neither you nor the family pet will not want to leave! - Accommodates up to 10 guests - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car - NO Linen (Please bring flat and fitted bed sheets, pillow slips and towels.
