This newly-built, 3 bedroom home with multiple sitting areas is in the prestigious and sought-after Woollahra Village precinct. The 2 luxurious bathrooms have been built with Calcutta marble. The property has 3 electric skylights, and ducted air-conditioning system. The main kitchen comes with top of the line appliances like an integrated dishwasher and refrigerator. Downstairs, there is a kitchenette for convenience. The place is fitted with security cameras outside the property. The property has double glazed windows though out.
This is my second property on this website, and I absolutely love hosting people, and making sure that we provide them with the most comfortable and warm stay in Sydney. I am always enthusiastic to meet my guests and receive them personally upon their arrival. I look forward to meeting our new guests at our new property.
Woollahra is one of the most prestigious suburbs in Sydney, moments away from Queens street shopping, cafes, and within easy reach of Centennial park, Bondi Junction and Paddington attractions. It is approximately 4 kilometers away from the Sydney CBD. It offers beautiful tree-lined streets, different cuisines, and high-end and bouquet shops. It's a perfect places for a special holiday.
