The studio itself is located on Crown St and so your steps away from some of Sydney's most famous restaurants and bars (Noru, Toko Sydney, Bills, Via Napoli Pizzeria, Messina Gelato, Bourke St Cafe, The Winery, The Dolphin Hotel, The Clock Hotel) and countless other pubs and cafes. You will love the studio and building as it is brand new with all necessary amenities. The studio is private and comfortably fits 2 people w a dining area, kitchenette, internal bathroom, wifi, air conditioner/heating, TV, built in wardrobe (w iron & board), sofa chair, a balcony and communal laundry and patio space. Guests have access to their designated unit and everything in it as well as the communal spaces and facilities of the building being: - washing machine and dryer - outdoor patio space PARKING: Unfortunately the building has no private parking - only street parking is available. Check street signs carefully before parking your car.
