Sit back, relax and enjoy the gorgeous water views from the large balcony or go for a dip in the pool or go for a peaceful walk along some of the nicest waterfronts in the area, 'The Point' has so much to offer.

Property information

This spacious unit has a lovely large sun drenched balcony with excellent water views looking straight out the headlands.  One flight of stairs leads you to the unit which is fully self contained with two bedrooms (both having ceiling fans), bathroom with bath and seperate toilet, internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer and one secure undercover car space located under the complex and one off street car space at the rear of the complex.  Relax by the pool or take a stroll down to the local shops, restaurants and Marina. Parking:-  1 undercover car space and 1 car space at rear of building No visitor parking and no parking in other units designated spots. Street parking available for visitors. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi. A pre payment of 50% is required at time of booking. If arrival date is within 30 days full amount due at time of booking.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
