Location was great, within a few minutes flat walking distance of town centre. Also surprisingly quiet, despite being next to the new road bridge over the Clyde river. Room was very good and comfortable. Cafe on site, with quite good coffee. Didn't have breakfast there.

We were surprised there was no visitor information centre.
We were surprised there was no visitor information centre. There is not really much to do at Batemans Bay unless you like fishing. Good fish and chip shops but little else unless you went to one of the big clubs.

Always enjoy our visit to the Bay, so many great places to see and continue to discover near the many scenic beaches and national parks. A wonderful place to visit for a family to have lots of fun or to just relax and enjoy the views.

A lovely area to stay with lots of beautiful bays and beaches to explore.
There seems to be plenty of activities to partake in (kyaking tours and river cruises), but it pays to book ahead to make sure you get to do them.

Room was lovely and bed very comfortable.
Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Views from balcony over water and jetty very nice. Everything was very clean.
Unfortunately they were fully booked and there were no car spaces left under the building. Bit disconcerting when random cars are driving through checking out cars in the undercover parking area.
Bookings.com mention BBQ facilities- there are not. When we came back from a picnic there was a fellow going through the industrial bin belonging to the accommodation.

It's a beautiful little town which is very relaxing to stay at. The only downside is the lack of food options on a weeknight, and lack of quality restaurants. Other than that, we really did love our stay. For a relaxing time away with beautiful views and peaceful, waterfront surroundings, it's really lovely.

The atmosphere is great, the marinas and views of the bay are lovely. Accessibility is great and you are walking distance to alot. Cassies Beach is wonderful and clean - perfect for families with kids.
Sam's Pizza is absolutely divine for a full belly feed at a reasonable price.
The BoatShed had amazing fresh fish and chips!
Unfortunately most businesses and restaurants are closed on Sundays and it is hard to find somewhere to dine.
The property has a comfortable homely feeling that is vastly different from boring hotel rooms. It is surrounded by trees and wildlife (including a family of kangaroos) and is a short walk to Long Beach. The kitchen is well supplied with plates, pots and pans and the other essentials such as foil and cling wrap. The extra touches such as fresh milk for tea and coffee and a few snacks was really thoughtful.
The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all enquiries.
We had family at the caravan park nearby and it was just so amazing to have so much space! The family could not believe it. The kitchen was so well equipped and the beds very comforable with prlenty of room.
Our grandson left his camera and drone behind and tho he was en route to get it, Michelle said she would post it to him. How lovely for her to go the extra mile.
Fantastic views oout to sea, and the beach just across the road. Our swimming days are done, unfortunately.
The cabins were large for our family of 5 and very clean and tidy. The beds were extremely comfortable and our cabin was beach front with heaps of room for the kids to run around. The amities were fantastic as we walked around the resort. Kids loved the jumping pillow and putt putt. Laundry was clean and so easy to use with the washing machine and dryer app. Even thought we only stayed one night it is definitely a place we will book again when we are down that way.
we found after realising we had lost a very expensive piece of jewellery within the hotel. The front desk staff to be very unhelpful as the first thing they said to us was you signed a indemnity against loss and damages when you checked in. Also when we asked where to eat they suggested we eat downstairs. We had never been to Batemans Bay and realised that there were lots of waterfront restaurants which they didn’t even mention. We did report it to the police.
Lovely clean modern well appointed room with comfortable king size bed. Peaceful outlook over the lake with plenty of bird life from the large windows. This property is on the highway but was well set back so there was no noise from passing traffic. It was not walking distance to the main shopping & dining strip of Batemans Bay but we did not mind as we had a car.
The room is clean, bed is comfortable and pillows as well. Hayden and Adam from the reception are very well organised, we've been informed what to do as we are arriving and checking-in late. The hotel is very convenient to shops, restaurants, clubs, fast foods and beaches. We'll come back to stay in this hotel again.
The property is a very quirky hotel room, in the heart of Batemans Bay. The hot tup was in great working order with an exceptional view. The bed was comfortable, great power shower and the staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond for my romantic request.
Always stay here when we come to Batemans Bay. Wonderful large, clean, modern and well equipped apartment with sweeping water views, right in the centre of town on the Promenade - and secure parking (for 2 vehicles). Would never stay anywhere else.
The hotel is a little dated but has been refurbished well, for under $100 per night it was excellent value. The location in the center of town and right next to the soldiers club was an added bonus.
The location of this property is right in the main town of Batemans Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had the beautiful river views.
Batemans Bay is beautiful and we could walk up the restaurants etc..Being slightly handicapped, the bathroom was enormous. Queensland bed was very comfortable .
Clean ! Ocean View! Full kitchen! Large TV! Netflix etc! Quality! Right in the centre of Batemans Bay! walking to shops/supermarkets! Free secure Parking!
