Alleura House is a luxury pet frindly** residence with high-end finishes and a commanding view of the surrounding bushland from multiple rooms within the house. The house comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and is the perfect Blue Mountains escape for families or groups of friends travelling together. Bedding Configuration: Master Bedroom: Queen Bed Second Bedroom: Queen Bed Third Bedroom: Bunk Bed (double with single) and single bed Fourth Bedroom: Queen Bed The house has four bedrooms (three upstairs and one downstairs), two living/dining areas, three full bathrooms, multiple covered outdoor areas and an oversized double car garage. The downstairs living area contains a large comfortable sofa with plenty of seating for our guests, a 75" Smart TV with free access to Netflix, a dining area and reading nook as well as an electric fireplace. The living area leads out into a spacious garden with patio chairs, BBQ, large and fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped backyard. Downstairs you will also find the large fourth bedroom which opens onto the courtyard and backyard, a well-designed bathroom and laundry. There is a large dining table with seating for 10 guests as well as an informal seating area/reading nook with a 55" Smart TV with free Netflix access. ** Pet-friendly for dogs.
