A generous sofa and chaise plus a large TV in the contemporary lounge area provide a welcoming space to unwind, while WiFi and a desk are ideal for those needing to work during their stay. The well-appointed kitchen has all you need to prepare food at home, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a comfortable six-seater table to share meals. You can also choose to dine alfresco on the expansive wraparound balcony, where cosy seating offers a private, laidback space to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while you take in sweeping views of the city in multiple directions. Two light and airy bedrooms accommodate four guests, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a TV to kick back with an evening movie, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms offer city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. In the modern primary ensuite, you’ll find a spacious shower and in the main bathroom, there’s a bathtub for a relaxing soak. Guests have the added convenience of a washing machine and secure parking for one car, while split system air-conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort.
