In a quiet, gated residential community, this modern and spacious property is less than 300 metres from Pippi Beach and just next door to Yamba's 18 hole golf course and Golf Club, a great venue for sporting or leisure entertainment. Take a short stroll to the town centre for coffee, or a bite to eat. Designed with coastal living in mind, this light and airy holiday home has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere, with a fresh modern appeal. Featuring a Mediterranean style courtyard with French feature doors, air-conditioning in the living area, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, adding to the cool seaside ambience of the property. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, with Queen size beds in the en-suited master bedroom and second bedroom, and 2 single beds in the third room. This is a non smoking house, no linen provided (blankets, pillows and mattress protectors are in place for each bed).
