Araluen House, Werri Beach - Gerringong - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Peak Season Araluen House is a luxurious, light-filled beach house only 5 minutes from Gerringong town! Relax with friends and family amidst stunning landscaped gardens and fish ponds, or head 100m down a short cut to the surf and sunshine at Werri Beach. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Peak Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Tuesday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Tuesday being the arrival and departure day. Peak Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team. How is the property laid out? The uniquely different spaces are what makes Araluen House special! There are four large bedrooms in the main house and then a much larger separate and very private space with two bedrooms - the Cottage. Downstairs in the main house - the master bedroom has a king bed, full length windows overlooking the pool and an ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds, and are opposite a large shared bathroom with a shower and bath. Adjacent to these are the laundry and the downstairs lounge with a full home cinema, surround sound and black out blinds! Upstairs in the main house - bedroom 4 has a double and an ensuite with a shower. The kitchen area proves a fabulous place for everyone to congregate whilst cooking up a storm, and flows through to the indoor and outdoor dining and lounging spaces. The Cottage, separate from the main house, has 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, a library of books, TV and an ensuite bathroom with large stone bath and wet room shower. Araluen House is able to accommodate a large family, a couple of smaller families or groups of friends. With plenty of indoor/outdoor areas, there is space for everyone to lounge around separately or together.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
