With glimpses of the coast of Safety Beach and nestled amongst the gums, this home is away from it all, yet only a 6min drive to Dromana Beach, shops, famous wineries, breweries, distilleries, The Pig and Whistle Pub and more. Only a 10min walk to Eagle Chairlift, Seawinds Gardens, Enchanted Maze, an abundance of mountain bike and walking tracks. Sit on the North facing front deck or relax on the cooler South facing back deck. Go for a walk to spot the kangaroos and koalas. It truly is a paradise!
We would like to welcome you to enjoy your time in our lifestyle. My husband Neil and I hosted another property that we built ourselves in Rye. We sold that and have recently completely renovated this home in Arthurs Seat - Sulla Collina (Which means "On the Hill" in Italian). We absolutely love living here, its a quiet location with views of Safety Beach where you can see the boats out on the water, the birdlife here is amazing and EVERYTHING is a mere 5-10min drive or walk away. We are clean living animal and nature lovers, we go to the beach almost every morning (Including Winter) for a connection to nature. We hope you love staying here as much as we do.
A very quiet and friendly neighbourhood with permanent residence, set amongst gum trees, birdlife and surrounded by walking a mountain bike tracks. It is literally a 6min drive to shops, beach, wineries, breweries, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Seawinds and Eagle Chairlift. There is no public transport on the hill, take your car or walk.
