A beautiful unit in absolute beachfront complex of five. Perfect for a couples getaway or small family. This stylish unit is situated on a beachfront block, footsteps to the beach & perfect location with proximity to everything Avoca Beach has to offer. Common lawn/patio area is perfect for enjoying a day on the beach.
Avoca Village is ideal for families and those that love the beach. There is a great kids rock pool, as well as a patrolled beach area with a surf club. Just off the beach is a fantastic kid’s playground, and plenty of cafes along the beach. A short walk & you'll find yourself in the main street of Avoca with many more cafes, restaurants and boutique stores. You can even take in a movie at the heritage Avoca Beach Picture Theatre. Other activities in Avoca Beach include stand up paddle boarding, paddle boat hire in the lake, tennis court hire, surfing & surfing lessons, bush walking, beach and also lake fishing. Every fourth Sunday of the month Avoca Beachside Markets are held from 9am – 2pm at Heazlett Park Foreshore with a range of pop up stalls, markets and food stores. One allocated parking space in the undercover carport
