A spacious 4-bedroom home combines traditional cottage elements with a modern interpretation. Offering expansive indoor and outdoor living areas, with entertaining deck extending seamlessly to a grassed enclosed yard. This four-bedroom beach cottage has an expansive living area offering an indoor lounge and dining area leading onto an outdoor entertaining deck area with an enclosed back yard. The Beach and family atmosphere are only two of this property’s many attractions. This property has that Beach Shack feel about it and is located only just a short stroll to Bennetts Beach. The property has high ceilings, timber floors and a central atrium with thriving palms offering privacy between the segregated bedrooms. The lounge room has a large screen TV, DVD and sound system. Everything has been thought of privacy, comfort, convenience and of course location! Important Points -Maximum 6 adults only, bunk beds are designed for children. -Garage not available for guest bookings. -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.
