It is perfectly located in the inner city suburb of Railway estate in Townsville. 47 Thirteenth ave is a gorgeous example of a completely renovated Queenslander. No expense has been spared to ensure this property has been renovated to the highest standard for your comfort and pleasure. Railway Queenslander has all the character of yesteryear but all the mod cons you would expect from a high end property in Melbourne or Sydney. Fully air conditioned 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms LED lights throughout fully renovated in every way ready for your holiday, business trip or family stay. Located in a quiet back street in Railway estate just 3 kms north of the city and Townsville's iconic Strand. It is a short drive to local shopping, cafes and restaurants an ideal location for your stay. The sleeps up to 8 people, in 4 bedrooms the property is suitable for both small and large groups. There are 2 decks, a well equipped kitchen and a fully fenced garden. Please note there is a 2nd dwelling on the back of the dwelling. Both are completely separate.
