Boutique Stays began as a small, home-based operation born from a desire for a more appealing accommodation option for business travellers where guests could open a window, sink into a comfortable couch, enjoy fresh air from the courtyard, or cook their own meals rather than staying in a basic hotel room. Boutique Stays has grown to offer a portfolio of more than 70 high-quality homes and apartments located across almost 40 of Melbourne’s most iconic and popular neighbourhoods, and has recently expanded into the Mornington Peninsula. Sea Breeze at Port is a beautifully presented, 1 bedroom apartment plus study that offers a fabulous base for any stay in Melbourne. It is located just minutes from the beach in cosmopolitan Port Melbourne, an area boasting well-frequented local pubs, restaurants and cafes. Should guests choose to cook there is a compact kitchen designed to create culinary magic with goods from the fresh produce markets nearby. Direct tram access to the city via South Melbourne ensures proximity to all the action of this vibrant city. From the moment you open the front door you will feel welcomed into this smart, compact yet bright and colourful apartment. An open plan living area flows through to the bedroom with colourful yet tasteful and artistic design elements. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).

Off street parking is offered in the stacker car park (training will be provided prior to you using) Stacker dimensions include; height: 1900mm, length: 5000mm, width: 2000mm, weight: 2000kgs. If the car is outside these dimensions, alternative parking is available for 1 car at a nearby parking lot, just a short walk away.
