Property information

The Breakers Complex is located directly across the street from the beautiful Pippi Beach. This is a spacious two-bedroom townhouse in an ocean front complex. Enjoy the lifestyle that this property will offer you and your family during your well-earned holiday with the complex pool right at your front door! The excellent first floor design and layout takes advantage of the ocean breezes with two large balconies, one of which overlooks the pool and BBQ facilities, while being positioned above the single lock up garage. The main bedroom has its own ensuite, built in robes, ceiling fans and access through sliding glass doors to a north facing balcony, while the second bedroom has built-ins, ceiling fan and is a light and airy room. The open plan kitchen and living areas are tiled and flow onto a large balcony through glass sliding doors allowing for great views of outdoor areas and pool. Breakers unit 6, block 5, is located at 18 Pacific Parade, Yamba. Single Lock up Garage. Fully Self Contained. No Linen Provided. Sleeps 5. Now with WIFI included. Linen is NOT provided (you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels) Linen hire is available online at The Laundry Yamba.
