These modern apartments are a 4-minute drive from Church Street shops, cafes and restaurants and a 7-minute drive from Brighton Beach. Guests can enjoy sitting on their private balcony or terrace and eating a lovely meal they prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. A TV with both satellite and cable channels is also included.

office is closed and an appointment to check-in must be made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival.
