Location, Location, Location! Classic queenslander that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 brand new ensuite off the master Aug23 and one main bathroom) and sleeps 6. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own queen bed with its own split system heating and cooling. Walking distance to Mowbray Park and the City Cat terminal, shops, cafes, supermarket.
I run a number of listings in Victoria and Qld and have been hosting guests since 2017, so I have hosted thousands of groups. I provide the best house and location I possibly can all within walking distance to shops. I have learnt during my time hosting that is impossible to please 100% of people 100% of the time so I will do my best to continue offering a great short term accommodation group house rather than a hotel room with on site staff. You can see by my years of reviews that my houses and locations are great. I hope that you will love the house that I provide for your stay. All that I ask is you respect the house like it is your own. You wouldn't believe the damage that some groups cause and things that people steal and break which isn't the purpose of your stay or the accommodation. I am born and bred in Melbourne but have spent time living abroad in England and Italy. I love travelling and my aim is provide another great place for groups of people to come and stay. Travelling in groups is another way to elevate your travel experience, share lifetime stories and bonds with your travel mates, and reduce your accommodation costs by sharing them with renting a group house. I look forward to hosting you and your group in the near future.

There are buses on each main road around the property. The ferry is in walking distance There is off street car parking for 1 car and another street permit available for a 2nd car.
