This apartment can host a maximum of 4 guests The stylish self-contained apartment features: - living area with a King bed, and a double size sofa bed. (Please note, there is an extra cost to use the sofa bed) - Bathroom with shower over a bath. - Laundry with washing machine and dryer - Balcony. There is a Smart TV, a fridge, a microwave, black out curtains, a rice cooker, and an Air fryer in the unit. There is a reverse cycle central air conditioning unit that is thermostat controlled. (AC system is currently not working) • There is NO PARKING available with us. Please find a space in the shopping mall next to the building. The following we provide may interest you: • Professional hotel linen and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3 day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **) We provide 24-hour check-in to all customers.

This apartment is located in a hotel building but under an off-site management company. Please do not contact building reception if you need assistance. Also, please keep quiet between 22:00 to 8:00 every day.
