Great location, not far from the uni where we were attending, beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood with gorgeous gardens. The house itself was very clean, stylish and comfortable with everything provided to allow preparation of meals. Lovely rose bed in the front garden.

Beautiful and fully renovated, Costa Park Cottage Dio is positioned just a 2-minute drive from Armidale's CBD. Offering two large bedrooms with queen-sized beds, bathroom, open-plan kitchen / dining / living and a large deck with lovely views to the south over the City. Fully self-contained kitchen, all linen provided, electric blankets on both beds, reverse-cycle air, single carport space and plenty of street parking. Prices quoted are for two guests only.
