Stunning ground floor beachfront apartment recently refurbished. Quiet location, but still just metres to the beach and everything Cowes has to offer. Free Wifi (NBN high speed), Foxtel, and Netflix. Free secure underground car parks reserved for two cars. The property has 3 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, all with built-in robes while the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The open plan living/kitchen/dining area looks out onto the North facing sunlit terrace taking in the beautiful views of the bay. This lovely apartment offers: Modern fully equipped kitchen with Coffee Maker (tea and coffee pods provided), Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine & dryer, Dining table for 8 people, 50" TV with Foxtel, Split system heating and cooling, Outdoor entertaining area & Webber BBQ, Side courtyard Books and board games, high chair, and crib. Linen and towels are provided for your convenience (excluding crib linen).
Having fallen in love with the Island many years ago, we are excited to be sharing our fabulous holiday apartment with you. We've tried to think of everything you'll need for that perfect getaway, including a 'Penguin Pack' for that chilly evening visit to the parades! If there's anything you'd like to know, don't hesitate to get in touch, we'll get back to you within hours.
Truly the perfect spot in downtown Cowes. Beautifully designed building that includes the Cafe Blue Bamboo where you can get the perfect morning coffee. A 2 minute stroll back along the beach front takes you to the main shopping strip. Directly opposite the apartment is the tranquil setting of the Erewon Point Reserve with it's fantastic playground and bbq facilities.
