Newly renovated Apartment towards the glittering city AND gorgeous Parramatta river. You stroll along the foreshore just a step out from the apartment or dine amongst the fantastic eateries dotted along Parramatta's famous Church Street just minutes' walk away. Location Highlights: -Close to gyms, cafes & restaurants, and shopping -Step out to Parra River foreshore -5 min walk to Church St, Parra's main dining precinct -10 min walk to Parra Station and 4 min drive to Westfield.
Hi This is Victor and an IT professional and have been in Australia for the past 10 years,. I am avid traveler and loves nature. I enjoy meeting people from all parts of the world and that is one of the reason to start hosting. I love Parramatta and I am glad that i am able to open my place for hosting in the heart of Parramatta CBD. You are booking a private room in a two bedroom apartment. You will be sharing with me in the other room. The unit has two bathrooms and the guest bathroom is just opposite of the guest room. The other areas such as living room, dining room and kitchen are shares between me and the guest. If the above sounds good to you, I'm more than happy to host and meet you very soon. Cheers.
