Dunroman proudly welcomes guests as it has for over 20 years. With a spectacular renovation blending modern conveniences with old world charm this property never fails to impress. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sparkling new kitchen with an 8-seater dining table that gather people together. There are 2 separate lounge areas, one with a wood fire and TV and the other with a library and reading area. With a wraparound front veranda, you can open the French doors to let the afternoon breeze in or you can retire to the incredible multi-level landscaped back yard for a glass of wine. The incredible back yard has seating for 8, a fire pit to roast your marshmallows and has been popular spot for wedding photos. The 2nd King bedroom has a sofa allowing for a total of 10 people to sleep in the property. Take your family away, take your friends away and experience the warmth, charm, and style of Dunroman in central Daylesford.

Neighbourhood information

The Daylesford-Hepburn Region is famous for its mineral waters and is known as the Spa Centre of Australia. Our beautiful scenery includes the famous Lake Daylesford, the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens and the Wombat State Forest. There are historic buildings in the main street of Daylesford and the region’s history lies in the rush for gold. Lake Daylesford now covers land upon which gold was first discovered and offers lakeside picnic spots, cafes, walking tracks, fishing and pedal boating. The internationally known Lake House sits on its shores and there are public BBQ facilities and amenities adjacent to the main parking area. Lake Jubilee is located south of Daylesford (about a 10-15 minute drive) and is ideal for fishing, boating and swimming. If you are looking for a waterfall, visit Sailor’s Falls, less than 30 minutes south from the Daylesford Town Centre. If you are into the outdoors, Daylesford sits at the junction of three walking trails that are part of the Great Dividing Trail – the Lerderderg Track, the Dry Diggings Track and the Wallaby Track. The Hepburn Regional Park is a little less challenging and contains mineral springs and relics of the bygone gold era.
