    Location was perfect. Near Ravesis for live music, Hotel Bondi, coffee shops and cafes. Public transport and taxis close by on Campbell Pde. Great walk to Coogee. Washing machine and dryer just perfect.

Enjoy this ultramodern and minimalist design center apartment located in the vibrant heart of Bondi with a selection of bars, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Then take a sunny stroll and hang out in a laid-back cafe near the waves.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is positioned on the designer retail strip of Bondi Beach. Surrounded by the finest retail spots, as well as popular cafes and restaurants, the apartment's location, people, and views will all enhance the Bondi Beach experience. Bondi is a fantastic place for a holiday, work, R&R Bondi is famous for the beach, eateries and shopping. Whilst it is great to come to Bondi to enjoy this it is also important to note that it is a busy eco-system here where there is: constant development to the area, government walk ways, road and infrastructure, residentially and commercially. For this we must advise that there is ongoing construction close to us in a neighbouring building. The works are Mon-Fri 7am-5pm & Saturday 7am-1pm. There is no works on Sunday’s and no works on Public Holidays. For the most part everyone knows this about Bondi before booking and explores during the day and back home to sleep at night. Therefore this shouldn’t affect you. However we would like to advise this to you out of courtesy. Thank you for your understanding.
