This stunning 1840's sandstone cottage has undergone a gorgeous renovation to create a luxurious haven in the heart of Paddington. Staged over two levels, this cottage incorporates beautiful character details with modern fittings and finishes. Downstairs, it features open plan living and dining bathed in natural light. The living area extends to a lovely outdoor courtyard with a large dining table and BBQ for lazy summer nights. There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The sophisticated living area showcases stunning original sandstone and features a fireplace and skylights. Enjoy movie night's at home thanks to a smart TV and sound bar. There is a dining table set for eight guests, where you can enjoy a family meal at home. There are three bedrooms within the property. The first is located downstairs and has a queen-sized bed. There is a full bathroom and laundry accessed via stairs into the basement area. The bathroom features a bathtub, shower, washer, dryer and luxury Leif toiletries. The private garage can also be accessed from here, offering guests free secure parking - a rarity in Paddington. Bedrooms two and three are accessed by a narrow staircase. The second, master bedroom has a kind-sized bed with luxury linens; beautiful sunlight enters this room in the afternoon. The third bedroom includes two king single beds accommodating an additional two guests. Upstairs there is a second full bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity.

One of Sydney’s most exclusive suburbs, Paddington is known for its fashion and arts scene, fine dining and close proximity to the CBD. The neighbourhood is steeped in history with pretty tree-lined streets and beautiful Victorian architecture. The Intersection on Glenmore Road showcases the best of Australia’s fashion designers, while Paddington Market houses local artisans and craftspeople each Saturday with more than 150 unique stalls. Some of the city’s best restaurants can be found here – notable names include Saint Peter, Fred’s and 10 William Street.
