Light, airy and modern, the house offers stunning views of the spectacular Forster Keys. Boasting two newly renovated master bedrooms with ensuites, (one with a spa bath), plus a third bathroom, this home can comfortably accommodate a group or large family. The living area features sprawling leather sofas and an 8-seater dining setting, plus there is plenty to entertain throughout the home, including three TVs, a DVD player, CD player and Wi-Fi. The fully-equipped kitchen is gorgeously appointed with stone bench tops and modern appliances, with everything you need to create gourmet fare. Guests will enjoy the convenience of a washing machine at this property as well. Enjoy your afternoons outside, and make use of the outdoor setting, BBQ and backyard (see note). Out here you’ll also find a private jetty that can accommodate a vessel up to the size of a 25 ft deep water boat - just bring along your mooring ropes to secure the boat. However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit, which is only 200m up the waterway to the homes jetty. With a secure garage and carport available to guests, this property offers plenty of space to park your road or water vehicles. ** Please note: there is no fence between the backyard and the waterway. So, if you have a child or pet who can’t resist diving in for a swim, please ensure they are supervised. Within a short drive, you can enjoy the pristine waterways, beaches and national parks of Forster/Tuncurry. Head up to the Cape Hawke Lookout, offering breathtaking views, wonderful bird-watching opportunities and a stunning vantage point to view whales migrating (at the right time of year). Those rewards make it worth every step of the 500m hike. The nearby Burgess Beach offers a secluded, sheltered beach, great for families, with shallow rock pools and small rock cave formations to explore. This one’s hidden by vegetation and accessed by a steep path, so be dressed for the adventure!
